NAFP is planning for our current chief executive, Harvey Gallagher, to make the transition to executive chair of NAFP in 2025. We are therefore looking to recruit a deputy chief executive who, subject to successful performance in their first year, will subsequently take on the role of chief executive.

The post:

  • Home based/flexible working (FTE/PT negotiable), with some travel across the UK
  • Responsible to chief executive as part of a small team
  • Salary: £58,000 per annum pro rata plus pension and travel as deputy; if subsequently confirmed as chief executive, this salary will increase
