Harvey began as a volunteer for a local children's charity. He has since spent the last thirty years working in children's services across local government, UK-wide national charities, a non-departmental government body, and as a consultant. He is a father of five, grandfather, school governor, charity trustee, music lover, Newcastle United fan, cyclist, runner and vegan.

Hannah Foxcroft, Deputy CEO
Hannah has worked in Children's social care for over 20 years and has a passion for the experience of children and young people who are no longer able to live with their parents. She is a fierce advocate for the important and pivotal role foster carers have with children, young people and their families. Hannah is a mother, cat lover and theatre goer.
Catherine Lockett, Associate

Marie Tucker, Associate
Marie has worked in the social care sector for twenty years as a service manager for a charity, local authority commissioner and now as an independent consultant. Marie is particularly passionate about improving the way children are matched to care placements. She is a godmother to four, animal lover and enjoys swimming, travel and yoga.
Cameron Lockett, Administrator
Cameron has had a varied career so far, undertaking work in many different fields. This includes producing online courses with a well-respected online publisher, time as a research assistant with the University of Liverpool, and more recently looking after the day-to-day running of the family business - Catherine Lockett Fostering Services. He also is an active professional musician, working across the UK and internationally.
