Now that so many of us are working from home and using our own phones and other devices for work, it's no wonder that cyber security is in the news. Changing the way we work brings new risks and challenges to fostering agencies, especially with the large amounts of personal and sensitive data they handle.
We know that a lot of agencies rely on the expertise of IT service suppliers to manage their cyber risks but the agency and its leaders still hold accountability for cyber. This session is aimed at staff who hold responsibility for IT service contracts, onboarding new staff, IT purchasing and general office management. The leadership team may also benefit from this cyber primer so they can add cyber to their strategy planning.
Our goal is to demystify cyber in an easy to follow and plain language session to help agencies work with their suppliers to ensure that cyber risks are understood and systems have basic protection.
To help with the interactive Q&A we will use Slido. The app is on the App and Play stores and is easy to use with fully anonymous participation.
And to make sure we hit the right note, we have provided a very short survey so that we can understand the needs of interested agencies, please take a few moments to complete it.
Join Guardian Saints in this session and learn how to protect data by securing cyber - without the jargon.
